Shane is a proven leader with a direct focus on success. He is a driven engineer with a PMP and the expertise to develop big picture strategies while building disciplined and creative teams with a common goal of delivering world class solutions for his clients. Shane combines years of engineering experience with a proactive, decisive, and results-focused business approach to success and profitability. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas with a degree in Engineering Technology with a focus in Telecommunications. Shane and Michelle have been married for 15 years and together they have two beautiful and energetic daughters. In his spare time, Shane enjoys shooting sports, golf, Crossfit, and experimenting with new barbecue recipes.

 

Michelle Dickson
Owner / Operations Manager

Michelle encompasses extensive experience in the back end of running an engineering firm.  From tracking time and purchase orders, contract management, coordinating projects, invoicing, all the way through forecasting, Michelle has engaged all aspects of project-based business operations. Michelle has a passion for developing relationships with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction with the services provided. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, Crossfit, crafting, planning family activities, and is an active volunteer in her community and church.
